I've been told by a freelance I want to hire that my account is temporarily on hold so she can't accept the work.
I can see no details of this in my dashboard so I have no idea how to rectify the situation. I have already placed funds in escrow for this freelancer so I don't think it's a financial issue.
Please help so I can get my project started.
