Hi, my account got suspended and it says I am supposed to contact customer support but I cant find the ticket option. There always just automatic answers. I already hired someone and paid for a milestone. How do I get my money back?
I checked and it seems that one of our team members already reached out to you directly via this support ticket to assist you further with your account. As the funds are still in escrow, you can request an Escrow refund. An escrow refund request will be sent to your freelancer or agency. They will have seven days to respond to the refund request. If the freelancer approves the refund or does not respond within seven days, the money in escrow will be refunded. Your freelancer can dispute the refund request if they feel a refund is not warranted. If this happens, we will notify you by email and you can either accept or reject the dispute.
