Account limited due to my mistake

Hello I would to ask for help I made a mistake by trying to give a bonus to a freelancer of 13000$ which was actually supposed to be 130$ now my account is restricted and I am not inteding on paying 13000$ as there is no option to change the amount placed to the lower one please this is limiting as we are planing to hire 5 new people for the next upcoming project in May please can this be sorted out or if not simply just to close my account and I move on to a new platform I really do enjoy hiring people here its transparent please help me fix this if its possible I'm ready to start a full agency or an elite enterprise cleint program so I can have someone handling all our hires here please help.
