Hi,
I have been using UpWork for a brief period of time as a Client.
I have posted a job, talked with freelancers and found one I want to hire. I have tried setting up a a credit card with the name of the CEO but that required identity verification. So I went to setup the company Paypal account as a billing method.
My account is still on hold, asking me to validate the identity of the CEO. This does not make sense if I have Paypal as payment method now.
How can I unblock and proceed to hire the freelancer? It's unbelievable what a bad support there is for Clients.

This task is still open:
- I have a freelancer to hire,
- I have the payment information (paypal)
- and I still cannot hire him.
I cannot believe I cannot proceed to give you my money 🙂
