Hi, I verified my identity yesterday and my account is verified, then I hired a freelancer, but he can't accept the offer, becuase my account is "on hold". How can this be resolved?Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. In order to hire a freelancer, you need to update your information by going to Settings > My Info. Please note that before engaging a freelancer or agency, you’ll need to add a Billing Method to your account. There are three billing methods available to clients and you can check out this help article for more information.
