Account placed on Hold and I am not sure why (I have been in contact with the team since March 17)

Account placed on hold. I am not sure why..no response for a few days now.

As an Upwork freelancer and occasional client, I am not happy to hear that a client's account has been placed on hold and the client doesn't know why.

 

I hope this can be straightened out.

 

This kind of report makes me worried that good clients are being prevented from using Upwork to hire and pay freelancers.

 

During the last couple weeks I have seen many reports like this here in the Forum.

 

This makes me wonder if something has changed, or if something is wrong.
