Account suspended! Please activate it ASAP

I just updated a payment method and paid the remaining balance on my account. And My Account is still suppended and it says to contact customer support.

 

The only way top contact you is the community forum.

 

I beleive this matter should be handle privatly not in a community forum.

please have someone reach out to me.  Upwork suspended my account because you claimed that my card endtered is a prepaid card.  It is not.  Please activate my account
