We actively use UpWork (very often). Our account was suspended because of the "payment method," but we have had a payment method on file. We added a second payment method, had the same issue and were prompted to contact support. We reached out 10+ days ago without a response. We have projects on pause and new projects waiting to start.
Does anyone have a solution?
Is UpWork support still active?
