Account suspended

Hi,

I am new to upwork and just posted my job requirement, all is well and I was already going through the process of selecting someone and talking to someone when all of a sudden my account got suspended.

I was looking for ways to get back to my account and eventually emailed support appeals to help me reinstate my account and know what reason was it suspended for.

I am sure I have not violated any ToS. Like I mentioned I'm looking to genuinely hire someone. Support replied back to my email but I am unable to open the link because I cannot login. Now I am just creating a new account just to look for help.

Can someone help me find out what was the reason and how u can recover my account back?
