Hi! I am a customer, first time on UpWork. I have started a job with freelance and this night I had a first payment. Unfortunatelly the transaction was declined, because I must confirm payments more than 100$ manually.
Now my accout is suspended and freelancer can`t continue the job.
Can I confirm the payment somehow and continue the work?
I understand your concern but in order to resolve the issue with your billing method quickly and get your contract back on track, please refer to the notification our team sent you yesterday, check and update your billing method and respond on the open ticket if you have any questions or need further assistance.
I check the notification. It says:
... To resume using UpWork, please update your billing method on file. To learn how, please ckick here...
Don`t see any link to click unfortynatelly.
Anyway I went to Billing Methods, refresh my credit card details and save it. The red notification "Charge failed" dissapeared. And now thre is enough funds on card to make succesfull payment without my manual confirmation.
But notification about suspended account is still there.
