Add PayPal as Billing method in Serbia

PayPal support for Serbia and anyone in Serbia can send or receive money via PayPal.

But upwork doesn't support PayPal for Serbian client account.

is it possible to fix this problem?

Unfortunately PayPal is not an available billing option for all users. Please select from the options available to you in your settings. Thank you
