I'm trying to set up direct payments from business banking account in order to reduce processing fees. We meet the criteria that is stated:

Yet the option is not available. How do we get this payment option activated so that we can get rid of the 3% processing fees?

I am having the same issue. Can someone reach out to us to assist us with adding our bank account? We have had a record of ontime payments, along with well over $1,000 in payments.
