I am having a trouble hiring a freelancer. When I gave him my hiring offer and he was accepting it, upwork says " You cannot join this team until the client adds complete address". While. I have given my complete address and recheck iy multiple times. How can I solve this problem.

As a client, you need to update your address on the My Info and Tax information page before you make an offer.
