Adyen payment platform not working

Hi there

I'm trying to pay two freelancers. I create the milestone, activate and want to pay with Mastercard as usual. But the redirection to the issuer bank page keeps failing, and I get the attached message from the Adyen payment platform. 

"Oh sorry, something went wrong. The page you're looking for isn't here". 

So I can't pay my freelancers the outstanding amount (which is substantial). 

I assume Upwork has nothing to do with this??

Hello.

I added my mastercard as a payment and now trying to hire a freelancer.

When i press hire "freelancers name" i get redirected to a page with this message:

Oh sorry, something went wrong

The page you're looking for isn't here. It might have been moved or deleted, or perhaps it never existed.

Also when i go to my account, billing & payments it says

Balance Due 

Your balance due is $0.00

Pay Now

The pay now button is grey and not possible to press..

What am i doing wrong?
