After cancelling a contract with a freelancer due to non performance can it be reinstated or do you have to establish a new contract if the situation improves ?

Also if you cancel do you loose access to all the comments in the chat room ?

Hi Mike,

You can't re-open a contract so you would need to send the freelancer an offer for a new one. You will still be able to view messages for the closed contract.
