Agency is scraping Upwork, deriving contact info through searching, and soliciting off-platform

Hello!

I posted a job here on Upwork, specifically listing that I wanted to work with individuals, not an agency.

I was contacted by two separate sales people, **Edited for community guidelines** They did not contact me through Upwork - but rather they took my company name, Googled for email addresses for people who worked there, and wrote multiple members of our staff referencing our job posting and soliciting for the contract.

This is a shady business practice, it breeds distrust, and I'm writing this to make sure the TOS violation is noted. I hope y'all can block them from scraping the site any further.
