I'd like to allow someone else on my team to manage the contracts I have set up with Freelancers. This would mean the billing would go on my account, not the other person's. How do I set that up?

If I want someone on my team to be able to manage someone I've hired, which permissions do I need to give them?
And how does the team member make sure that the freelancer is billed on my account and not theirs?
If the freelancer is hired by your client-company, then your financial account will be billed for the work they do. A team member with Full Hiring Permissions will be able to manage contracts, close them, give feedback and release payments.
