Amount is not showing up in Escrow account

Hi Team,

 

I had initiated a milestone by paying $100 to the escrow account. The milestone had come to an end on  Aug 2  but the amount is not showing up in the escrow account as I didn't authorise the payment release to my freeelancer. Any idea on why this issue is happening.

Hi Arun,

 

Although you can create multiple milestones at one time, you must ‘activate’ milestones individually. You must release the previously funded milestone before you can activate the next milestone.

I had released the previous milesone and initiated the next mile stone. However the amount isn't showing up in the Escrow section.

I will investigate why the link does not wokr for you. Did you follow the steps as below to manually fund the milestone:   If this does not work let me know, and we will investigate it from our end.
