An error has occurred. Please try again later while trying to hire someone

I'm getting this error 'An error has occurred. Please try again later' while trying to hire someone.


Account completed and added payment methods.

Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser? If the issue persists please send us a screenshot from your end and we will be happy to assist you further?

Hey guys, have the same issue... cache cleared, address and payment method is inserted, account is already few years old. 

tried another device, same issue... support ticket opened. 

if I click on my profile, to view it, it says, profile notmlonger available. Really? Please help, the freelancers are waiting to start.

Hey guys, I have the same problem. Yesterday I received an job offer from a client, and today when pressing the accept offer buttom the "An error has occurred. Please try again later" message appears. I tried from desktop and from mobile app and it can´t be solved.

I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Also note that we only officially support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
