You suggeated that the problem may be that I had not added address telephone etc to my info - i updated all this an d I am still getting this notification??

Hi Roisin,
Please go to your account settings and chose the top tab on left, ''My Info''. Kindly, try adding address details and phone number in order to fix this error.
Additionally, try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue.
