Approved contract but no offer is release

Hi!

I am accepting a contract for a project and whenever I click on the Approve and Fund the Escrow account, nothing is happening and the freelancer is not getting any offer.

I have updated my payment method. Is there anything else I need to do?

This is my first time using upwork for a project.
