Archived chat before completion of project

Hi,

I was working closely with someone that had offered to completed my proposed job, and while we were nearing the end of the project, suddenly the chat had been archived and I can no longer contact that person. I'm left unsure as to what happened and whether the job is still going to be completed or not.  Please let me know what to do next.

Hi Chris,

You can still find Contract ID by clicking on the name of the contract and then navigating to Terms & Settings tab.

Could you please be a little more specific, I’m unable to find a “terms and
settings” tab. My options are:

Edit posting
Remove posting
Reuse posting
Make private
View proposals

I`m sorry about the confusion. At the moment you don't have any active contracts (you haven't hired a freelancer). If you would like to hire a freelancer you check out this Help Article on how to send them an offer. Thank you.
