Bank Statements - Name of Freelancer

Hello,

As a client, our bank statements reflect freelancer payments but they do not reflect the freelncer's name. We see, for example, "IRL Dublin Upwork 352176518REF" which includes a reference for the Upwork event only. This causes a lot of issues for our accountancy in terms of finances transparency.

What can we do to have the bank statements reflect the name of the freelancer we are paying via bank card?
