Could you please click on my picture next to this post and send me a private message with more info about the transaction you need help with? You should be able to send private messages as soon as you become an Active Member.

I am sad to hear that you had an issue with billing. Just inform admin members about this issue and they will revert back to you soon.
Also, do a private message to the member of Upwork admin. The more quickly you inform the admin members, the sooner you will get the response and your issue will be resolved.
