Hi Prem,

Unfortunately, some cards can't be accepted as a billing method including gift cards or pre-paid credit cards. Please, advice your Client to add an alternative billing method and also share this help article with them.

Advice for you: Before doing any work for your Client, make sure that they have a verified billing method so that the work you do can be covered by Upwork Payment Protection.
