Is my Billing information (Paypal info, etc.) shared with the freelancers?

As a freelancer I am paid by Upwork. I know nothing about how a client pays for my services.

No ... we are paid by our clients, through Upwork's escrow system for flat rate jobs, or time-tracking software for hourly jobs. There is no transparency to client finances. The only thing we are privy to is whether or not a client has verified their payment method - something we all like to see before starting a contract.
