Blackmail from client

I want to report client for blackmail and fraud. He threating to break my reputation, request refund, and so on after job was done and checked. I do not want to spend any time agruing with anybody, just to send report with proofs. I do not want him to be notified about that. It is like note  to administrators  that this client is very bad. Where should i send everything?
