I am a client and provider. It matters not what text box I'm in, I get repeatedly bounced out. It took me three tries today to send a message to a job applicant. In fact, this is my second try at postring this - was bounced out almost immediately. Anybody else have this problem?

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Or tried using a different browser? Please let us know if you are still having some problems by replying to this thread. Thank you.
