Can I see a yearly summary of what I've paid consultants?

I've downloaded a report for all of 2017 but it's incomplete. I don't see any payments for one of my freelancers whow has been working for the last 3 months. I see info for others during the same time period. 

How do I get an accurate yearly payout summary?

I'm sorry for the delay on our reply. I've tried to replicate your issue but was unable to to get the same results. On the Transactions History page, I set the date from January 1 to December 31, 2017, and set it to "All Freelancers." When I generated the report, both freelancers are showing. Were you referring to a different report/freelancer?
