Can I use the money I earned as a freelancer to hire other freelancers

Hi, I'm a freelancer and have earned around 100 USD so far. Can I use this money to pay other freelancers to do jobs for me when I log in as a client?

Hi Tea,

Unfortunately no, you won't be able to use your freelancer earnings to pay other freelancers. You will need to add a Billing method in order to be able to hire freelancers under a client profile. Thank you.

That really sucks. why doesn't Upwork add that functionality? It's super inconvenient to transfer my earnings which is around 100USD, and i still have need to hire other freelancers....
