Can a client revise a recent feedback?

I did not give the freelancer sufficient credit for pointing out limitations in Excel 10. On upfating to Msft 365, I found his analysis to be accurate, and would like to revise his feedback accordingly. Please suggest how to do so.

You have to ask the freelancer to click the button that allows you to change the feedback. I would send them a message, explain your reasoning. The freelancer can than accept or reject your request.
