Can i add Upwork as a vendor with our procurement team?

We would like to source freelancers for our short term company projects but we need to register the vendor as a part of procurement process. Please assist us if there is a way to register upwork in our vendor management system.

Hi Bincy,

You can add Upwork as a vendor on your vendor management system for informational purposes only. Upwork acts as an escrow agent that passes funds from the client to the freelancer. Therefore, we do not complete vendor forms, as they are not applicable to our role. You will get an invoice from the freelancer and a receipt from Upwork for each payment you make through our platform. Feel free to message us if you have further questions.
