Can not see Messege

I haven't seen any messages in 12 hours.
When I tried to display the message screen, it was reloading.
The message screen does not open.

what should I do ?

Hi Shuichi,

I checked your account and I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned. Could you please try logging in to your account using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies? Please let us know if the issue persists.
