I've been getting error messages all day citing technical difficulties when I try to enter my billing information. I am trying to hire a freelancer for a quick turn-around, so would like to be able to enter billing information today.
What error message are you getting when you try to add your billing information? Do you get the same error when using a different browser or clearing cash and cookies?
If you add a credit card, please make sure it's valid for online payments and isn't a pre-paid card. If you are adding a PayPal account, make sure it's an verified account in good standing. Check out this help article for more information.
The error message reads:
We are sorry! We are experience a technical problem and cannot process your card now. Please try again in a minute.
I have tried multiple browsers, and get the same message. It is my company's valid credit card, not a pre-paid card or debit card.
