Can't Hire After Withdrawing Offer

I sent a contract to a freelancer based on their proposal. I then withdraw the offer because they wanted different terms (which was fine). But now I don't see a link to hire the freelancer. Am I not able to send this free lancer another contract?

Hi Michael,

At the moment, you will not be able to send a new offer under the same job post. You will need to invite the freelancer to a new job post and you will be able to send them an offer directly. 

Freelancers also have the ability to update the terms from their end directly from their proposal. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.
