Can't access Help & Support or Disputes - Got charged $672 for no work

I am trying to open a support case or a dispute. I got charged $672 because the freelancer billed the wrong client and was playing video games. In one day he billed me for 22,5 hours and I have not provided him any work.


Now when I try to access the help section or dispute section I am getting redirected to the dashboard with no way of opening a case. I tried to call Upwork but of course they ignore any calls. This is super annoying.


Where can I talk to someone to get my money back?

Please know that contacting our customer support team or requesting a refund does not qualify as filing a dispute; you must follow the steps in this help article to officially file a dispute. Timing is critical here. You must file any dispute during the five days after the billing period has closed. Tomorrow would be the fifth day. After you file the dispute, a dispute specialist will review and evaluate the contract’s Work Diary, using the criteria stated in Upwork Hourly Protection
