Can't create new milestones

Hi, 

I'm trying to create a new milestone for a freelancer, but the page keeps loading without displaying the contract details and where to update the milestone. It's taking too long and I'm unable to create a milestone for new task. Please help.

Solved. The problem existed only on safari browser. So I changed to chrome and I was able to view and create new milestones. Thanks.
