Can't edit Milestones?

I'm starting to notice that most items that people want are simple? Why can't they be done? For instance, editing milestones. How in the world is it not possible to edit the name of a milestone?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to edit the name of the milestone. But thank you for your feedback, I will share it with our product managers.

Hate to be that guy...but every question i post comes back with an "I'm sorry....I will share with x"

Does anything every get done, or do the comments and feedback just go into the abyss?
