Can't find my client's team

I was invited to join my client's team but when I click 'get started' on the invite all I get is the sign in page or the home page. Where do I find my client's team? Why doesn't the link take me directly to my client's team?

I can't find anything that says 2MC - the name of my client's team.

Hi Elaine,

As Pradeep indicated, I can confirm that you are already part of your client's team. As soon as you log in, you'll see the client's team name when you click your profile icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Thanks, but I'm confused. I'm trying to access my client's Upwork team, not Microsoft Teams.
