A friend of mine said they can't login into their account. A client account that they have been using for several years now.
They are not able to reset the password (it says user does not exist) and when tried to signup using the same email id, it says user exists.
What is going on ?
How do I start a chat with support? There is an urgent issue that needs to be resolved and I am unable to get help. The tickets are taking too long to respond.

I see you both just created your account, are logged into it and managed to submit a few support requests. Please follow up on the replies our agents shared and specify the exact issue you're having, so we can assist you further. From what I'm seeing, it doesn't appear their's any issue with your accounts or your ability to access them.
Variable, please refrain from creating multiple accounts as users are allowed to have only one account on Upwork.
I have the same problem - I quit using this service but you keep charging me $10 a month. I had to make this account just to try to reach someone.
