Can't see contracts from freelancer on my account

Apparently it's related to the contractor sending me the contract for work. Like a guest, so it's not connected to an account.

i had a contract with a freelancer and every time he send a sample of work and i asks for editing because the product was really bad , and suddenly i cant see the contract anymore , it was a fixed price contract .

any advice ?
