the issue is I want to contact support directly for the future instead of visiting forum.. that's the issue

It works for me. Click on the Need Help button at the bottom right of this page. Answer the bot's question and then keep re-entering it over and over and over again. Eventually, a real person will come on to help you. Anyway, that's what I've recently done a couple of times.

sure but it's an alternative solution, need help should pop up once I open "help and support" or am I wrong?

And it didn't work anyway, I entered it like 5 times and still get the same options without "Ask Specialist" or something like that
