I have updated my payment method and will now be charged this amount without the ability to dispute it or to even interact with a support agent to see what the charge is for. Where do we interact with billing support? My disputes does not allow me to create a ticket at all. I need to resolve this issue and it is affecting my ability to work. What are the options besides shifting to another platform?
