Cannot read work diary

I am the client and I'm looking at my freelancers work diary. It's so out of focus I cannot read it. I'm not questioning that she did the work I just want to know what work she did. How can the images be clear?

The desktop time-tracker takes screenshots approximately ever ten minutes.

These screenshots are saved on the Upwork server in a compressed format in order to save space. A large screen compressed to a savable size may indeed appear to be out of focus. The tool is working as designed.

The work diaries are intended to give you a good idea of what the freelancers are doing. But they do not neessarily represent full-resolution "lossless quality" images.

I do not believe there are alternative settings that you can specify which will make these screenshots more clear.
