Cant Use Paypal, Gcash Card, and Paymaya as Billing

Im from PH and i cant add a billing using these payment method. I cant use my Paypal, it says, can add from your country, then I have used GCash, it says I cant use a prepaid card, I also use Paymaya and It also says cant use prepard cards.

I have been using these cards in all of my online trasaction from godaddy, namecheap, and other payment and its only here that i cannot use them. Please help/

You may check out these billing methods to know which are supported on Upwork. Some of these methods are available based on your location, so not all options will be avialable to you. If you are adding a billing method to be able to hire on Upwork, please know that you will not be able to use Paypal, and a prepaid cards as a billing method. You can try adding a credit card as a billing method so that you can start hiring on Upwork.
