Hi,
so the "support" center is sending me in loops, and wont let me open a support ticket anywhere, neither the chatbot or in the support center. On the other hand, im not super keen on sharing all my card and payment troubles here. So how would i actually contact support, to resolve an issue about not beeing able to pay a freelancer? Tried two different cards from different issuers and, upwork still shows me a "An error occured, internal server error", so thats kind of akward with the freelancer

Maybe reaching out via socials will help, they twitted 14 minutes ago. Support is not available for me either, not sure why. Either there are a lot of active requests or maybe cause it's Sunday.
