I had the 2 charges come out when i initially signed up for upwork and verified my card. I have been charged for the work that i posted but now my account is suspended and my work cannot be completed. There is not a place for me to verify my card on my profile. It says contact customer support.

How long will that take? Because i need this resolved soon so that my project can be completed.
