Card declined

Hi,

 

We started with one freelancer via Uwork and now have many. Therefore, we recently created teams so that they correspond to our internal cost centres for accounting purposes. We have added new payment card for our 'marketing' team and want to re-hire a freelancer for a marketing project but the card keep getting declined. We checked with the card provider and all is ok. We want to hire but can't which is really frustrating. I tried contacting support (on 5 occasions now) but no luck.
