Change or delete posted feedback
I am a Japanese client.
I worked with an American freelancer.
Communication with her was difficult and eventually she ended without completing her contract.
I became emotional and left her with terrible feedback.
However, I regret that it was an act that was not mature.
Is there a way to change or remove this feedback?
By the way, I pressed the "Allow changes" button without understanding it well.
I'm depressed about doing this.
Please help me.

The freelancer can allow you to change your public feedback and the stars, but the private feedback, which determines the freelancer's Job Success Score, can't be changed.

I am a very narrow-minded person.
I'm very embarrassed.
But your comment healed my heart.
thank you.

You are very kind 😊
In all fairness, because the real damage is done by the private feedback which can't be undone, the "kind" thing would have been to not leave undeserved bad feedback in the first place.
That would be assuming that the poor feedback was indeed unserved. If it was factual and deserved, it shouldn't be removed or changed.
