Yesterday I payed with my PayPal account and it was ok, while now it says charge failed, though I didn't change anything and the needed amount is there. What could be the issue?

Unfortunatelly there's only one credit card i can use, as im paying on behalf of my company. And I've just payed with my paypal account on another site with no troubles

Even when I'm trying to renew the info with the same payment method it says
We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute.
But it has been like this for hours
